2. Booking & Fulfillment Policy

By booking a vehicle through EZZYRENT, you agree to our frictionless delivery model. Reservations are confirmed instantly upon successful payment of the security deposit or full rental fee. The vehicle will be delivered to the agreed location (e.g., Budapest Airport or a specific hotel) at the time specified during checkout. Average order completion is immediate (digital confirmation), while physical delivery occurs on the chosen start date.

3. Secure Payment via Barion

Online bank card payments are executed via the Barion system. The merchant does not get and store bank card data. Barion Payment Inc., the provider of this service, is an institution under the authority of the Central Bank of Hungary, its license number is: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

4. Invoicing Policy

Electronic invoices are issued automatically via our invoicing partner within 24 hours of successful payment or booking completion. Invoices will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

5. Identity Verification

To ensure a desk-less pickup experience and prevent fraud, all drivers must complete an online identity verification process via our partner, DIDIT, at least 48 hours prior to pickup. Failure to verify identity may result in booking cancellation.
